W5.1THE SIX, WEEK ONE
OBJECTIVE
Build the dashboard, then prove it works by pulling your first set of real numbers off it. You cannot fill this in from memory. If a field is blank, the widget is not built.
STEP 1, Build it
Tick each widget only once it is saved and showing data on your dashboard named The Six.
Widget 1, Qualified enquiries this month (Opportunities, Not a Fit excluded)
Widget 2, New Lead stage, grouped by assigned user
Widget 3, Average Call Attempt Count
Widget 4, Appointments by status
Widget 5, Nurture stage, sorted by last activity
Widget 6, Pipeline funnel with stage conversion percentages
STEP 2, Pull your numbers
Use the last full 7 days unless a field says otherwise.
1. What did you spend on ads in the last 7 days?
2. How many qualified enquiries did that produce? (Widget 1, last 7 days)
3. Divide line 1 by line 2. This is your cost per qualified enquiry.
4. What does your Meta ads manager say your cost per LEAD was for the same week?

Module 5 · Lesson 2 · by the end of this lesson
You will publish the three follow-up workflows that are currently sitting in draft, then push a live test lead through them and watch six contact attempts get scheduled without you touching anything.
