W1.1YOUR SUB-ACCOUNT
=== OBJECTIVE ===
Get a live, branded CRM sub-account provisioned, log into it, secure it, and confirm your brand settings landed correctly.
=== STEPS ===
STEP 1. Gather your six assets BEFORE you open the request form.
Tick when you have the file or the answer in front of you:
[ ] Legal business name
[ ] Brand name (what customers call you)
[ ] Registered postal address
[ ] Square logo, 512x512 or larger, PNG
[ ] Favicon, 32x32 PNG (or note "use logo")
[ ] Primary brand hex code
STEP 2. Submit the Build Request Form.
Write the exact brand name you submitted. This becomes your sub-account name and your email sender name, so copy it character for character:
Which timezone did you submit?
Why that timezone? (Answer with where the majority of your buyers physically are, not where you are sitting.)
Date and time you submitted the form:

[ ] "Free"
[ ] "Quick"
[ ] "No obligation"
[ ] "Chat"
STEP 2. Confirm the settings that were decided for you.

W1.5DNS DAY
=== OBJECTIVE ===
Add both subdomains at the registrar in one sitting and get both into Pending verification.
=== STEPS ===
STEP 1. Access check. Do this before anything else.
Who controls the DNS for your domain? (you / your web developer / your host / you do not know)
Where is it managed? (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, IONOS, other)
[ ] I can log in right now, myself
[ ] I sent the records to my web developer using the template email
If you sent it out, write the date you sent it and the date you expect it back (48 hours is the SLA you asked for):
Sent: Expected back:
STEP 2. Choose your two subdomains. Write them out in full.
Funnel subdomain (where your Module 2 pages will live):
.
Sending subdomain (where email goes out from):
.
Confirm these are DIFFERENT from each other, and neither is your root domain:
[ ] They are different
[ ] Neither one is my bare root domain
Continues. Full worksheet in the resources below this video

=== STEPS ===

When It Breaks: The Eight Things That Go Wrong, and the Go-Live Gate

11 min
ON SCREEN: Screen share throughout. Deliberately reproduce each failure on a demo sub-account and fix it live: a workflow left in Draft, a filtered pipeline view, a broken DNS record, a calendar with no availability, a form with no workflow trigger. Then the Skool support post format. Then the go-live checklist on screen, ticked off live.
Module 1 · Lesson 7 · by the end of this lesson
You can diagnose and fix the eight failures that actually happen, you know how to raise a ticket that gets answered inside 48 hours, and you have run the Module 1 go-live checklist end to end.

W1.7FIX IT, THEN GATE IT
=== OBJECTIVE ===
Diagnose and fix whatever is broken in your build, then pass the Module 1 Go-Live Checklist.
=== STEPS ===
STEP 1. What is broken right now?
Be honest. List every single thing in your build that is not working, or that you are unsure about. If nothing is broken, write NOTHING and move to Step 3.
1.
2.
3.
4.
STEP 2. Run the eight checks.
For each of your problems above, work down this list and tick the ones you checked:
[ ] 1. Pipeline filters and date range cleared
[ ] 2. Workflow status is Published, not Draft (exactly 5 published)
[ ] 3. Calendar has real availability blocks, notice is shorter than lookahead, checked in incognito
[ ] 4. DNS: waited 24h, no double-domain in the name field, proxy off, DKIM re-pasted fresh
[ ] 5. Spam: registered address in footer, sending domain Verified, no links or images in warm-up sends
[ ] 6. Contact came in via the Decision Maker Intake Form, not an import or manual add
[ ] 7. Duplicates merged on the contact record
[ ] 8. Sub-account timezone correct AND calendar timezone override checked
Which number fixed it?
