W0.1START HERE
OBJECTIVE
Get on the record and get the time booked. You cannot build a pipeline in the gaps between other things.
STEP 1. Decide if you are in the right room.
Tick every box that is true. If you cannot tick all four, message Stephen before you go further.
I am not a marketing agency or a marketing freelancer selling into the same market as TGB.
I sell something with a price of at least a few hundred euro, where a phone call or a meeting happens before money changes hands.
I can find three hours a week for four weeks, on top of one group call.
I can put money behind ads from Month 2. Not a fortune, but a real daily number I can sustain for 30 days.
STEP 2. Write your intro post.
Write it here first, then paste it into the Skool community tab.
My business does:
I sell to (be specific, a job title or a household, not "everyone"):
The ONE number I want to move in the next 90 days is:
Where that number sits today (write the real figure, even if it is zero):
Example, so you can see the shape: "We install commercial solar in the north. I sell to facilities managers at warehouses and hotels. The one number is site surveys booked per month. Today it is 3."
STEP 3. Book the time.

The Roadmap. Your next 90 days.

9 min
ON SCREEN: Screen share of the Roadmap one-pager for the first half. Then the Skool classroom sidebar to show what opens when. Then a live calendar on screen while you date the twelve weeks. Face in the bubble throughout, full face for the last 45 seconds.
Module 0 · Lesson 2 · by the end of this lesson
You know what happens in every one of the next twelve weeks, what opens when, and the five things you must have in hand before Module 1 or you will stall on the first build.

W0.2THE ROADMAP
OBJECTIVE
Turn the programme into dates in your own calendar, and prove you have the five things Module 1 needs before Module 1 needs them.
STEP 1. Date the twelve weeks.
Write the real calendar date next to each. These must also exist as events in your calendar.
Week 1 start date:
PIPELINE LIVE DEADLINE (Friday of week 4):
ADS RUNNING, REVIEW SPEND (Friday of week 8):
GRADUATION REVIEW (Friday of week 12):
Weekly group call, day and time:
Twelve weekly call events are in my calendar as a recurring series.
STEP 2. The five prerequisites. Do not tick from memory. Go and check.
1. DOMAIN
Domain name:
Where the DNS is managed (registrar or host):
Can I log in and add a DNS record right now? YES / NO
If NO, what is my next action and by when:
2. BUSINESS EMAIL
Email address on that domain:
Am I the admin of the mailbox? YES / NO
If NO, who is and when am I speaking to them:

W0.3THE OFFER ONE-PAGER
OBJECTIVE
Get your entire offer onto one page that a stranger can understand in 30 seconds and repeat to somebody else without notes.
STEP 1. Fill the nine fields. Write in full sentences. No bullet lists of features.
1. WHO IT IS FOR (one buyer, specific enough to point at in a room)
Stress test: could a stranger identify this person in a room of 100 business owners using only your sentence? YES / NO
2. THE PROBLEM, IN THEIR WORDS (a sentence you have actually heard a buyer say)
""
Who said it and when:
3. THE OUTCOME (must contain a number and a timeframe)
